Lead Creative Developer (Three.js & WebGL)
Push the boundaries of WebGL, custom shaders, and interactive 3D in the browser. You will create showpiece hero experiences and visual benchmarks that win industry accolades.
Key Responsibilities
Develop custom Three.js / @react-three/fiber interactive experiences
Write high-performance GLSL shaders, particle systems, and post-processing passes
Choreograph fluid scroll-driven animations with GSAP and Framer Motion
Profile and optimize WebGL rendering performance across mobile and desktop GPUs
Qualifications & Competencies
3+ years building commercial 3D interactive web experiences with Three.js
Strong understanding of 3D mathematics, vectors, matrices, and lighting physics
Experience with Blender asset optimization and GLTF export workflows
Demonstrated portfolio of award-level creative web projects (Awwwards/FWA)
